Blue Edwardian Troughs 45cm

I ordered 4 of the above troughs and unfortunately 1 had broken in transit which was hard to believe the way they had been packed from source.I rang the company which had sold them Pothill Garden Centre on the Friday and there was no quibbling I was informed they couldn’t replace it until the Monday following week which was ok. On Saturday morning my husband got a text to say they would be arriving that lunchtime which was super service. I would highly recommend this company.

The glazed troughs I bought look every bit as good as I knew they would. One was broken on delivery, so I emailed Heritage. I had a reply in less than an hour and the replacement pot was en route the same day. Great product and fantastic customer service.

Lovely Pots - Great Service

Ordered two pots, but unfortunately one arrived broken (they were really well packaged too!) An email later and Jim had arranged a replacement which was delivered a couple of days later - no hassle. Pots look great in the garden. Would certainly recommend 👍🏻

Beautiful big conical plant pot, as always

This pot was excellent, arrived in good time, perfectly packaged, and as always looks stunning against our mostly whitish outdoor porcelain tiles. The pot colour matched the Heritage pot legs colour exactly, great stuff.
